Huge Success!

Wow.

What an amazing event and weekend we had!

We want to genuinely thank each of you for spending the weekend with us. It is such a fun event to host, to honor and remember our Dad, Brother, Friend, Uncle - Bob. I’ve shared some of the photos from the weekend here.

This year we were excited to announce our formal incorporation of the Bob Rudie Foundation, of which we’ll provide updates as it grows.

We want to especially thank those who donated directly to us and the foundation.

This year we were able to raise $500+ ahead of the event from family members, and an additional $300+ through the raffle tickets (thanks Sue!) totaling almost $1,000 in money raised! These funds go to two places right now;

1) Help offset some of the expenses of the event such as; party room, pizza, golf balls, etc.

2) Donate funds back to the organizations and non-profits that my dad and we care about; https://www.everythirdsaturday.org/, https://hometownherooutdoors.org/, and most importantly https://netrf.org/about-netrf/

With our incorporated foundation, we will be able to leverage larger donors in the future to help cover these costs, allowing more money to be used towards awareness, and giving back directly to organizations.

Beyond the amazing monetary contributions, I wanted to also recognize the all-important golfing award winners! We had 4 prize holes and a low-team award to commemorate the survival of the longest round in the history of golf at the newly acclaimed Lehman 18.

We’re already looking forward to next year, and welcome your thoughts on how to make it better yet. We will be keeping this website up to date with any changes to the foundation and ways in which we’re growing it.
